We operate on a strictly NO WIN – NO FEE basis so if we are not successful with your claim(s), we will not ask you for a penny. Furthermore and, if necessary, we will take your claim to the Financial Ombudsman Service if we cannot negotiate a satisfactory figure with your lender. This will be at no extra cost to you. On a successful resolution to your claim(s), we will charge 27.5% of the compensation amount you receive.
Thus, if your claim is for the value of £1,000, our fee will be £275 - you will receive £725.
All successful claims are subject to a minimum fee of £100.
